The DJ Awards 2024 made a triumphant return on October 2nd at Chinois, Ibiza, celebrating winners of the best in electronic music. Hosted by BBC Radio 1 tastemaker Jaguar and Katie Knight, the event honored winners across several key categories and presented special Industry Awards to legends of the scene.
This first edition of the DJ Awards after a four-year hiatus was a night filled with excitement crowning the 2024 winners. Music lovers, industry insiders, and the public gathered to celebrate an epic Ibiza summer. Acceptance speeches were heartfelt, reflecting the passion and dedication within the community.

After the main ceremony, the celebration continued with an afterparty in the club. Special sets featured performances by Luciano, Cristoph, Mathew Jonson, Ben Sterling, and Manu Gonzalez.
Founded in 1998 by José Pascual and Lenny Krarup, the DJ Awards have long been an influential voice in dance music. Now under new ownership and with fresh investment, the awards have made a fantastic return in 2024. Plans are underway for events in exciting new locations next year, promising to be bigger and better than ever.
The DJ Awards have once again solidified their status as “The Oscars of dance music,” honoring well-deserving winners and celebrating the industry’s vibrant culture.
