IMS Dubai Returns to Spotlight on MENA Music in Second Edition

IMS Dubai returns November 13–14, 2025, spotlighting music, tech, culture, and finance in the MENA region’s evolving music scene.

Following its landmark 2024 debut, Beatport Presents: International Music Summit (IMS) Dubai returns for a second edition this November 13–14, 2025, reigniting global interest in the MENA region’s fast-growing music industry.

The summit will once again unfold inside 25hours Hotel One Central, one of Dubai’s most progressive venues. IMS Dubai 2025 builds on its now-established four pillars—Music, Culture, Finance, and Technology—with two full days of keynote sessions, panels, networking, and nightly artist showcases. The program seeks not only to educate but to activate collaboration across borders and sounds.

After drawing heavyweights like Live Nation’s James Craven and CAA’s Maria May last year, IMS Dubai positioned itself as a serious crossroads between global leadership and local voices. The 2024 edition featured Billboard Arabia’s Maha ElNabawi, YouTube MENA’s Janet Ashak, and headlining performances by Deep Dish, Pete Tong, and rising regional stars Cosmicat and Saliah. With support from regional platforms and labels, the summit made clear its long-term vision: to bridge communities, nurture talent, and solidify Dubai’s role in the global music ecosystem.

Co-founded by BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong, IMS Dubai is an extension of a 16-year legacy first established in Ibiza. “It’s exciting to see how IMS Dubai has already become a vital touchpoint for the region,” Tong shared. “The energy, curiosity, and ideas we saw last year made it clear that this is a place that can provide lots of knowledge and value.”

IMS 2024 offered real outcomes—investor connections, label partnerships, and new career trajectories for breakout acts like Parvané Barret and Mo Ezabyy. Sessions led by initiatives like Little Pink Book brought essential focus to women in music, while panels on streaming, label development, and cultural tourism drew actionable takeaways for attendees.

Attend the Second Edition of IMS Dubai

Now, early bird badges for IMS Dubai 2025 are available for 650 AED (approx. $177 USD) here. It offers full access to two days of programming plus evening showcases running through November 16 at top Dubai venues. With last year’s summit selling out completely, organizers are urging early registration.

Dubai’s next IMS promises not just more scale but more significance—doubling down on community and creativity, and once again proving that the MENA region has something vital to say in the global music conversation.
