The organizers of the biggest Romanian festival are waiting for answers from authorities.
The Ministry of Culture proposes a series of measures for the resumption of cultural-creative activities from June 1, in closed and open spaces, based on legislation and recommendations of public health authorities, which will be analyzed by the Ministry of Health and then by the National Committee for Emergency Situations (CNSU).
According to a communiqué sent to AGERPRES, the set of measures concerns the employees and the employer, but also the public, being established rules regarding the arrangement of the space and the development of cultural activities. Measures concerning artists and artistic performances are also established.
Events with the public will take place respecting two types of scenarios for both outdoor and indoor activities, the organizer being the one to choose between these two scenarios.
Untold festival will need to respect the following rules regarding the event access:
- the access of the persons will be made based on the Vaccination Certificate, which will certify the end of the vaccination process, 10 days after the recall. The certificate will be presented together with an identity document;
- RT-PCR test – SARS-CoV-2 performed with a maximum of 48 hours before the start of the event;
- testing with a test for rapid diagnosis of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Access to the hall will be made only on the basis of a test with a negative result, which will be made on the day of the event;
- have gone through the disease and can prove the presence of antibodies through a medical document, which will not be older than 90 days;
Organizers and authorities are asking the population and everyone who does want to take part in events this summer, to get vaccinated, as just through vaccination we can get back to having events.
