Secret Project Presents Pula Music Week

Secret Project is extending its roots on European soil once again, as it is proud to present Pula Music Week, coming to the old city of Pula, Croatia this summer. From the 30th of June to the 6th of July, some of the world’s finest house and techno DJs are set to arrive along the Adriatic Coast for 7 days of exclusive shows inside one of Europe’s oldest amphitheaters. Debuting within the magnificent stone walls of Pula Arena, the event promises to be one of the most distinctive audiovisual experiences on the dance music calendar this year.

Brandishing an illustrious program of DJ talent, Pula Music Week is sure to draw thousands of underground ravers into the heart of the city, as the next Secret Project chapter unfolds. Situated along the Istrian Peninsula, this unique location is particularly famous for its amphitheater, one of the best-preserved in the world. There’s no better place, therefore than in which to facilitate some of the premier underground talents that Pula Music Week will have to offer; a stunning setting in which they can showcase their sonic specialties as the sun goes down on the horizon. With an imposing venue, comes a star-studded selection of artists, set to take to the decks across the course of the week. Black Coffee, Boris Brejcha, Charlotte de Witte, Disclosure (DJ set), Peggy Gou, Solomun, and Tale Of Us are ready in waiting for 7 days of eclectic live music.

Proceedings will begin on June 30th as Pula Music Week lands in the old city, bringing South Korean mastermind Peggy Gou with it, for a captivating first day of dance music inside the ancient amphitheater. Gaining momentum inside its new stone-wall venue, the event will then welcome Solomun to the fray who will have a fine selection of tracks in hand throughout an intrinsic performance on Friday, 1st of July.

Heading into the weekend, illustrious UK producer duo Disclosure will mesmerize the masses with an exquisite DJ set into the late-night hours on Saturday. That’s before the minimalistic melodies of Tale Of Us also resound throughout the old venue, to round off two enchanting days across the weekend of the 2nd and 3rd of July respectively.

Following up a faultless weekend, the Pula Music Week program perseveres in offering up even more artists for the Croatian contingent. On Monday 4th of July, the incomparable techno legend Boris Brejcha will arrive in Pula, leaving his minimalistic mark on the debut edition of the event. Stirring up an implausible atmosphere into Tuesday 5th of July, Charlotte de Witte is next in line to take to the stage as another leading techno innovator provides us with an unmissable solo show as the end of the week draws near. Then, to provide a touch of respite on the final day of the event, Black Coffee will lay down a serene selection of his productions and more to provide a fitting end to a comprehensive program of dance music on Wednesday the 6th July. Pula Music Week boasts a truly unique audiovisual experience like no other.

Beyond the music, Pula Music Week will further hone in on its mesmerizing contrast of ancient and contemporary artistry, by displaying some of the finest modern art installations from around the world within its aging walls. Bringing the true abstract nature of Secret Project to the forefront, fans will surely immerse themselves in the unprecedented sensory environment set in front of them.
