I am currently working on all the final mixes for my album, and later in the year I am launching a new project called Vocal Splendour. Both are huge projects and really exciting. I will be heading back to Amsterdam and London, and I might even return to Miami for Ultra and WMC in March—it’s Ultra’s 25th Anniversary in 2025, and they are featuring the acoustic version of ‘Apollo’ for the countdown journey documentary series, which is such an honor for me.”
Reflecting on a Memorable 2024
Amba also reflected on a highlight from 2024: her return to Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) after five years. She explained, “I went back to ADE this year for the first time since before Covid, so it had been five years. Before Covid, I went to Amsterdam several times a year for shows, studio sessions, and ADE. It practically became a second home. This year’s trip was so special. I was so happy to see everyone, and I really felt embraced by Amsterdam. It felt like everyone was happy to see me too. I will always remember that trip.”
