Soaring Growth And The Year Ahead: Lilly Palmer Gears For Promising 2025

From viral remixes to stadium performances, Lilly Palmer shares her journey, inspirations, and plans for an exciting 2025.

A Breakout Year in 2024

Lilly Palmer sets sights to an exciting 2025 after closing a monumental year of pushing boundaries and solidifying her presence in the electronic music scene. Her latest remix of Kernkraft 400 went viral, landing her a historic DJ gig at Penn State’s Beaver Stadium. With a private event lined up in Amsterdam on February 6, 2025, Lilly’s momentum shows no signs of slowing down.

Reflecting on her biggest milestones, she highlights the emotional weight of working with Armin van Buuren on Blah Blah Blah.

“Releasing that remix was surreal. He’s been one of my early inspirations, so it felt like a full-circle moment. I’ve also had the chance to release music I’m incredibly proud of, including my New Generation EP. Closing out 2024 with Dooms Night alongside Azzido da Bass and Timo Maas was the perfect way to end the year on a high note.”

Staying True to Her Sound

Powerful, high-energy, and deeply personal — Lilly Palmer has an unmistakable sound that carries on to 2025. But in an industry often dictated by trends, staying authentic takes work. She credits her evolution to trusting her instincts rather than chasing what’s popular.

“I started my DJ career in Zurich, influenced by artists like Adriatique and Shiffer. Back then, I played more melodic sets, which is so different from the sound I’m known for today. Over time, I realized that embracing the music I truly love is what makes my sets feel real. Trends come and go, but authenticity is what truly resonates with people.”

The Magic of Live Performances

Lilly played in some of the world’s biggest festivals and venues, but a few performances stood out. Her EDC Las Vegas set and the Penn State game, where she played for over 100,000 people, remains unforgettable. “Playing in a stadium of that size is indescribable. The energy, the scale—it’s something that stays with you forever,” she shares.

Empowering the Next Generation

Beyond being a performer; she’s a role model for aspiring artists, especially young women breaking into electronic music. Lilly’s advice is simple but powerful:
“Focus on building a strong foundation and staying authentic. The industry is fast-paced, but what makes you stand out is being true to who you are.”

What’s Coming in 2025?

There’s so much to look forward to for 2025 and for Lilly Palmer, she is keeping these surprises under wraps. Promising exciting things ahead, she shares, “You’ll have to wait and see! There are definitely some exciting things brewing in 2025. I can’t wait to share more.”

She’s also eager to connect with new audiences, particularly in regions where electronic music is still expanding. “Electronic music is a universal language. This year, I’ll be touring in Latin America, the U.S., and Europe. But I’d love to perform somewhere remote—where not as many DJs have been. That shared connection on the dancefloor is what I love most.”

With a relentless drive entering 2025 and a fearless approach to music, Lilly Palmer is shaping the future of techno—one electrifying set at a time. Follow her journey on Instagram.
