Martin Garrix India Tour Becomes The Highest Selling Tour In The History Of Live Shows In India

The recently concluded India tour of acclaimed world’s #1 DJ Martin Garrix has set an impressive benchmark within the live event industry of India by becoming the highest selling tour in the history of live shows in India. Presented by Asia’s largest dance music festival Sunburn, the 8-city tour spanned over two weeks and saw the acclaimed 26-year-old Dutchman tour cities like Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Chennai and New Delhi with a total of 9 shows.  

The cumulative on ground attendance for the tour totaled up to a whopping 150.000 fans, while the official aggregate ticket sale figure registered on bookmyshow was 105.000 beating the likes of tours involving artists such as Arijit Singh, Vir Das, Prateek Kuhad conducted within the Indian sub-continent. These numbers make Garrix’s tour the highest grossing music tour in the history of live shows in India. 

The two-time MTV EMA winner and four-time world’s #1 DJ got support from Indian celebrities like Ranbir Kapoor, Allu Arjun, Suhani Shah, Abdu Rozik, Just Sul, Aryan Khan, Nagma Mirajkar, Funcho and more at his multi-city tour dates.
