Mysteryland returns from August 22–24, 2025 with a renewed energy and a bold new vision for the festival landscape. Set in Haarlemmermeer near Amsterdam, this year’s edition transforms every aspect of the event—from its iconic stages to its eco-conscious foundation—while continuing to champion the sounds that shaped global dance culture.
A Musical Playground Built for Discovery
More than 100,000 visitors across the world are expected to converge on the surreal landscapes of Mysteryland this 2025. Here, electronic music merges with visual storytelling, immersive stage design, and spontaneous encounters. The festival’s 32nd edition introduces an entirely revamped layout, shrinking walking distances and reshaping the grounds into an easier, more intuitive journey between stages.
Most notably, the legendary pyramid stage—once a secondary venue—now becomes the official mainstage, redesigned as a massive multi-genre arena that reflects the diversity of this year’s curation. Whether wandering into tucked-away sets or stumbling upon hidden art installations, festivalgoers can expect side quests and magical moments at every turn.
Genre-Spanning Acts From Legends to Underground Icons
The Mysteryland 2025 lineup draws a bold line between the foundations of dance music and its current innovators. Anchored by genre giants and next-gen talent, this year’s bill offers something for every taste—from progressive house to big room, techno to trance, and harder styles to urban sounds.
Hardwell returns with his arena-tested anthems for Saturday night’s explosive End Show. Eric Prydz brings his deep, cinematic soundscapes, while Fisher continues his world domination with a set full of high-octane charisma. Paul van Dyk, a trance luminary, adds timeless energy with emotional, soaring melodies.
On the deeper end of the spectrum, Benwal and Adriatique explore textural house and techno. Indira Paganotto and Patrick Mason represent the raw, fearless wave of new-school techno. Fans of harder sounds will find refuge in Oguz’s industrial edges and SNTS’s shadowy, hypnotic grooves. Also featured: the beloved Marlon Hoffstadt, known for bridging trance and underground energy with style.
The lineup not only honors electronic music’s roots, but also reflects the ever-evolving sound of the global dance floor.
An Elevated Retreat: Festival Meets Nature
For the first time this 2025, Mysteryland Resort moves inside the festival grounds, creating an immersive 3-day escape. Campers can unwind in lush greenery, swim in a tranquil lake, or rest on the sandy beach between sets. With under 1,000 camping spots available, the experience feels intimate and curated, merging relaxation with revelry.
This shift brings the entire community together in one shared space—no offsite shuttles, no separation—just full immersion in the rhythm of the weekend. With that in mind, the music festival continues to lead the way in sustainable festival production. In 2025, Mysteryland will be powered almost entirely by locally generated green energy, thanks to the Haarlemmermeer power grid installed two years ago.
Beyond power, every detail has been reconsidered. Decor elements are upcycled, sourced from past Mysteryland editions and fellow ID&T festivals, giving them a second lease on life for the 2025 edition. The festival proves large-scale experiences can be environmentally mindful and visually spectacular.
Expect the Unexpected: The Return of the End Shows
The legendary End Shows return this year with even more ambition. Saturday’s finale will feature Hardwell commanding the reimagined mainstage, while Sunday’s closing spectacle promises to stretch the boundaries of what’s possible. With drones, fireworks, 3D visuals, and advanced lighting design, last year’s shows set a new standard. This year, expect something even bolder—a fusion of technology and emotion that leaves a lasting imprint on the crowd.
Since its earliest days, Mysteryland has embraced the idea that festivals are more than stages and lineups—they’re living worlds. The 2025 edition brings together music, design, nature, and community like never before. And in doing so, it reaffirms the festival’s core belief:
Yesterday is history, today is a gift, tomorrow is a Mysteryland. Tickets are now available via mysteryland.nl/tickets.
