Calvin Harris is set to release a new album this year, according to the most recent Sony financial report. The Scottish producer/DJ last released an album two years ago titled Funk Wav Bounces. Since then, he’s had a few tracks out, but this could be a huge comeback for the artist.
Going to the page 11 of the financial report, you can see Calvin Harris listed under noteworthy projects for the quarter ending in June 30, 2019, among other known artists like Khalid, P!nk, DJ Khaled, BTS, Chris Brown to name a few.
The name of the album is not yet known, as it is listed as ‘TBD’, but fans can now rest assured that more info about this will emerge later this year.
This is a cool method to subtly announce a release of an album and create hype around that.
