Swedish House Mafia Cancel Audacy Beach Festival Performance After Testing Positive for COVID

Swedish House Mafia will not be performing at the Audacy Beach Festival after two members tested positive for COVID-19

Swedish House Mafia have canceled their performance at Fort Lauderdale’s Audacy Beach Festival scheduled for this weekend after two of its members tested positive for COVID-19. In an announcement made to Twitter, the legendary trio of Sebastian Ingrosso, Steve Angello, and Axwell shared the unfortunate news with their fans remarking that they had followed precautionary measures.

Audacy Beach Festival kicked off today and will span tomorrow for the conclusion. Swedish House Mafia’s headlining set on Saturday would’ve marked their official return to music festivals after ending their nine-year-long hiatus as a group in 2021. Though the group did not name the two members who tested positive, they suggested the need to “prioritize the health of our group, the crew, festival staff and our fans.”
