Resorts World Las Vegas announced that Tiësto will join Zouk Group as a headliner at Zouk Nightclub and AYU Dayclub, which are poised to be one of the most futuristic and technologically advanced clubs opening this summer at the city’s latest highly anticipated resort. This comes days after their initial announcement of Zedd as their first headliner.
Tiësto and Zouk Group posted a special video set to Tiësto’s newest chart-topping hit, The Business, to announce the nightlife residency on social media. The video shows him touring his new home at Resorts World with him remarking that “Vegas has always been home” to him before adding “after a year like 2020, it’s time for a new beginning. A fresh start. It’s time for a new Las Vegas!”
“Our relationship with Tiësto dates back to the early stages of his career, and the team at Zouk Group is thrilled to continue our support of him with this incredible partnership,” said Andrew Li, Chief Executive Officer of Zouk Group. “Tiësto is synonymous with Vegas and nightlife culture and we couldn’t be more excited to provide him with a brand-new stage to get back to business.”
Zouk Nightclub is noted to bring revolutionary changes to the nightlife experience with a new innovative 36,000-square-foot space including interactive 3D booking maps and digital guestlists. It will feature a state-of-the-art articulating ceiling with a center focal point called the ‘Mothership’, which will incorporate a complete lighting system to create otherworldly lighting effects that can provide a different back drop every night.
The legendary Dutch recording artist has called Las Vegas home for many years with previous residencies at Hakkasan and Wet Republic. In a statement released in a press release, Tiësto expressed his excitement to start at his new home and said “I can’t wait to feel the energy as we all make our triumphant return to this electric city!”
