After releasing ‘The Business’ and its remix featuring Ty Dolla Sign, Tiësto continues his strong start to the year 2021 with a remix of ATB’s ‘Your Love’. The trance classic got a fresh spin by Topic and A7S who added a melancholic feel to the song while keeping all the appealing signature elements, the guitar melody being the most recognizable one. Their take on the veteran German DJ’s hit has now been remixed by the legendary Dutch producer and DJ Tiësto who carries forward the nostalgic feel of the song.

The remix starts with a beautiful piano playing the chords as the drums keep the rhythm going. Tiësto’s signature punchy kick and throbbing basslines come in for the drop with our beloved guitar riff. The vocals maintain a strong presence throughout the song and get more focus right before the drop. The greatest part about the remix is its simplicity and how it preserves the spirit of the original. New elements are found with the pads, piano, drums, and bassline, but none of them take the listener to a different direction. They all serve a purpose, which is to enhance the classic hit and not change the original idea that makes it so special. The vocals are done in an extraordinary manner giving us goosebumps. The emotional feel combined with the smashing party ready production work perfectly for a rush of nostalgia that’ll hit you right in the feels.
