We live some really uncertain times right now when it comes to gatherings of people, festivals, parties and so on. With many festivals like Tomorrowland, Mysteryland and many more already being canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic, the organizers of Untold and Neversea festivals came up with a backup plan, for the people that already have bought tickets for this year’s editions of the festivals taking place in Romania, if they are forced to cancel the festivals for this summer. Note: they are not canceled yet.

“THE FANS THAT HAVE PASSES AND TICKETS FOR 2020 EDITIONS CAN CHANGE THEM, FOR FREE, INTO PASSES AND TICKETS FOR ONE OF THE NEXT 3 EDITIONS.
We are now living exceptional times. And in these moments we are thinking more than ever about the people around us. The most important things right now are to be healthy and safe. It is also important to keep having faith and hope that we will be well. This state of well-being will allow us, sooner or later, to see each other again, more eager for fun and with more longing for friends.
During this period, we all have a lot of questions, we are all looking for answers. The only certainties are that, at this moment, UNTOLD and NEVERSEA festivals are not canceled and they represent, this year, the hope and miracle in which many people still believe. At the same time, another certainty is the fact that the times we are living are truly exceptional. And, unfortunately, no one has the answer to the question – when is this crisis going to end?
As a responsible organization, as we have always been, we have a duty to people in general. We have the duty to treat any possible decision related to the evolution of our festivals this year, with maximum responsibility, putting everyone’s health first. We assure you that regarding any decision we will have to take in the next period, we are fully aware of the hard times the whole planet is going through and we will fully respect all the measures and recommendations taken by our authorities, related to the way we will have to treat the organization of both our festivals, this year.
As organizers of the biggest festivals in Romania, UNTOLD and NEVERSEA, we wish more than anyone to have the chance to bring the joy of our festivals this year in the safest conditions. We have a responsibility to the tens of thousands of people who have trusted us this year and have purchased tickets for our festivals. For them, we have the duty to do everything that depends on us, as long as there will be the slightest hope to meet again in the safest conditions this year.
We tried to understand better the evolution of things in the next period, we listened to the questions and concerns of our fans and tried to come with the best solutions for them. We are living difficult times, no matter which side we are on, but, for our organization, the most valuable part of UNTOLD’s magic is the fans. So, for them and for all those who believe in us, we wanted to bring clarity and security regarding the passes and tickets purchased for 2020 editions.
So, we now announce that the fans of UNTOLD and NEVERSEA, who have purchased passes and tickets for this year’s edition, have the option to change, for free, their passes and tickets purchased for this year in ANYTIME passes and tickets, which are available for one of the next 3 editions.
All those who have already purchased a pass, of any kind, or a one-day ticket, have the option to change it in the ANYTIME option, which provides access to one of the next 3 editions of the festivals, regardless of the date on which will take place (including this year). All the characteristics of the initial pass/ticket remain the same and the change is available for 10 days, starting today, 27th of April 2020.
There are two ways to change the tickets:
- automatic, from the check-in platform
- manually, from the websites www.untold.com and www.neversea.com
In addition, because we know that there are people who trust us and continue to purchase passes for our festivals, starting from today, we will sell only ANYTIME PASS – General Access and VIP. The prices are:
- UNTOLD ANYTIME PASS General Access – 174 euro + taxes
- UNTOLD ANYTIME PASS VIP – 399 euro + taxes
- NEVERSEA ANYTIME PASS General Access – 136 euro + taxes
- NEVERSEA ANYTIME PASS VIP – 210 euro + taxes
