Balad Beast 2026 returns to Jeddah with its final lineup confirmed, reinforcing a strong electronic music foundation for its fourth edition. Taking place on January 29 and 30, the MDLBEAST festival once again occupies Jeddah’s UNESCO-listed historic district. With the full bill now revealed, Balad Beast positions itself as a major winter fixture for electronic music in the region, balancing global scale with club-rooted programming.
The focus sits firmly on electronic artists with global touring credibility and underground relevance. Alesso leads the electronic billing alongside Solomun, reinforcing Balad Beast’s commitment to electronic music programming. Ben Böhmer returns emotional depth to Al Balad while Loco Dice and Pawsa anchor the lineup with dance-driven authority.
The electronic offering continues with Brina Knauss, NTO, Tini Gessler, and Franky Rizardo, covering melodic, progressive, and house-focused sounds. Regional representation arrives through Caleesi & Kreis, Varoo, and Vinyl Mode, maintaining Balad Beast’s balance between international and regional programming. These names now form a complete electronic backbone for the 2026 edition.
LANY, Playboi Carti and Shaggy join the Balad Beast 2026 Lineup
Balad Beast 2026 expands its scope with a cross-genre lineup that broaden the festival’s audience without shifting its core identity. Playboi Carti leads the hip-hop presence, bringing contemporary rap into Al Balad’s historic setting. LANY adds pop-driven scale and emotional crossover appeal, while Shaggy introduces global familiarity with a catalogue that cuts across generations. Together, these names extend Balad Beast’s reach beyond electronic audiences while maintaining a curated balance.
Balad Beast unfolds across four stages embedded within Al Balad’s alleys, courtyards, and souqs. Bab stage hosts headline performances, Omda stage focuses on deeper electronic sounds, Souq stage blends global and regional acts, and Roshan stage delivers melodic experiences. The full lineup now spans over one hundred artists across two nights, with doors opening daily at 8:00 pm.
