Recently, Tuesday, November 24 a sad news was posted on i_o social pages, announcing that the techno producer, on his real name Garrett Lockhart has died at the age of 30 on Monday.
He was known for his forward-thinking dark techno sound, and recently he signed a new deal and released ‘i_o – Castles In The Sky‘ on Armada Music. In the past, he released songs on mau5trap, Bite This, and Spinnin’ Deep. The cause of death is still unknown at this moment.
One of his best friends, JAUZ, the US music producer posted an emotional message on his socials.
Today I lost my fucking brother. My best friend. The person who I trusted more than anyone when it came to music.
Today the world lost an incredible human being and one of the most visionary, genius producers of our generation.
