NGHTMRE and Zeds Dead have finally released their hotly awaited collaboration “Shady Intentions” featuring an amazing vocal performance by Tori Levett. Released on Ultra Records, one of the biggest collabs in the electronic music industry lives up to the mark with a unique sound on the artists’ dreamy landscape.
“Shady Intentions” was teased on social media earlier this year getting fans excited for the official release. Starting with Tori Levett’s serene vocals with a rhythmic synth keeping the momentum before the heavy bass kicks in. The buildup is quick to unveil the true power of the bass in the drop with synths giving an epic feel. What stands out in the drop and the song as a whole is the masterful exhibit of the artists’ sound design and drum crafting abilities.
NGHTMRE and Zeds Dead had previously teamed up on “Frontlines” with GG Magree off their debut album Northern Lights. If their latest collaboration is any indication, fans will be more eager to get more new music from the two acts together.
