KSHMR, real name Niles Hollowell-Dhar, brought together his forces and edited Advanced – My Bad (feat. SHAUN) and managed to rearrange the original track in such a way that it still keeps the elements that made it successful and added a fresh layer on top of that. The vocals of singer Julie Bergan are a great example of that freshness.
The sounds of KSHMR are a great addition to the EDM scene by combining diversified eastern sounds to the already established dance music elements. He is not afraid to bring diversity in the scene. As an example, in 2019 he played at Neversea Festival, on the sunny beaches of Constanța, Romania, surprising people with a mashup of a local traditional song with the track “Burn” which he produced together with DallasK.
