The Largest Event Since The Pandemic Started

EXIT Festival was Europe’s largest music event since the start of the pandemic. The annual rave took place in Serbia, around Novi Sad’s sprawling Petrovaradin Fortress. This year, it celebrated its 20th anniversary, where approximately 180,000 people gathered during the four nights of madness. Guests enjoyed a real party experience with sets by David Guetta, DJ Snake, Amelie Lens, Charlotte de Witte, Maceo Plex, and many more. The event welcomed fans from all over the world.

Serbia has shown great performance when it comes to vaccination. It has around 2.5 million fully vaccinated people and has a population of around 7 million citizens. That being said, the government gave organizers the GO to proceed with the event, but still respect some safety measures, including presenting either proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test to enter.

As a conclusion, this showed us once again that properly organized events can be safe and fun at the same time.
