Defected In The House Ibiza 2026 Is Out Now With 46 Tracks From the Chinois Residency

Compiled and mixed by Andy Daniell, the annual series returns with Jonas Blue, John Summit, ANOTR, Honey Dijon, Groove Armada and more

The three mixes each showcase a distinct facet of Defected. CD1 showcases the label’s house music foundations and grooves. CD2 charts the journey from sun-drenched Balearic moments to the peak-time energy of Chinois Ibiza. CD3 shines a light on the artists, viral records and forward-thinking productions shaping the future of house music.

The compilation opens with Jonas Blue and Malive’s “Edge of Desire”.  If you haven’t checked it out yet, you must! Currently one of the most played tracks in Ibiza this summer before moving through dance floor. Weapons from Dusky, Route 94, Eliza Rose, Hot Since 82‘s remix of John Summit and Nic Fanciulli’s “Witch Doctor,” Groove Armada, Dam Swindle, Nick Curly, ANOTR, Rampa and Honey Dijon are included. Fish Go Deep’s “The Cure & The Cause” in Dennis Ferrer’s remix provides one of the compilation’s emotionally weighted moments.

Three tracks spotlighted in the compilation started gaining traction online before getting on to the compilation. Piem and SLM’s “Activated” blended with DJ Technics and Kotton The Cutie’s “I Wanna” arrived as a TikTok moment before becoming a dance floor staple. A mashup of Calle Lebraun’s “Visions” and Ben Westbeech’s “Jack” as Breach was also born on the platform and now gets its first official full release. Riva Starr’s edit of Equation’s house classic “I’ll Say A Prayer 4 U” completes the sampler trio, a fresh take on a record that means something to anyone who has been paying attention to house music for more than a decade.

Defected at Chinois

Defected will be putting up shows at Chinois Ibiza every Thursday from 7th May to 8th October 2026. This is a 23-week residency that brings together house music producers, global artists and a new set of talent. Since opening in 2022, Chinois Ibiza has been one of the locations on the island that music enthusiasts prefer since the venue prioritises sound quality. The move from the label’s previous Ibiza home to Chinois was framed by Defected CEO Wez Saunders as a ‘natural fit.’

The compilation arrives as a document of exactly that philosophy. Forty-six tracks. Three mixes. One summer at Chinois. This is what Defected sounds like in 2026.

Defected In The House Ibiza 2026 is out now digitally. You can pre-order the triple vinyl and triple CD editions here.
