DJ Erick Morillo found dead in Miami Beach

Erick Morillo died at age 49, the creator of 'I Like to Move it' song

According to local10.com the international DJ Erick Morillo was found dead in his home in Miami Beach after the officers received a 911 call at 10:42 a.m. local time.

Last month Erick Morillo was arrested after he was accused of sexual battery on a woman back in December last year, Morillo denied the accusation but recently he turned himself in after the test for rape kit came positive for Morillo’s DNA.

This Friday he was scheduled to go to the court for a decision in this accusation.

He produced in the 90’s the legendary song ‘I Like to Move it’

Erick Morillo was 49.
