The iconic electronic music publication and media brand DJ Mag Top 100 Awards is set to land in UNVRS Ibiza, the heart of global club culture, for the first time in its 30-year history. It will take over the island’s newest superclub [UNVRS] (pronounced Universe) for hosting the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs Awards on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
The annual poll has become the biggest publicly voted celebration in electronic music, shaping careers and spotlighting global talent across house, techno, trance, and beyond. Now the 32nd edition finds its stage inside Ibiza’s most talked-about new venue, promising a night that reflects both the island’s history and its future. Fans on the floor and millions more watching online will see the World’s No.1 DJ crowned live, alongside awards like Highest New Entry, Highest Climber, and editorial recognitions such as Outstanding Contribution and Future Star.
A New Chapter for the World’s Biggest Poll
Founded back in 1993 to mark DJ Mag’s 100th issue, the Top 100 DJs has evolved from an editorial list into the largest music poll of its kind. Today it reaches 74 million people every month, offering a snapshot of the global dance scene that remains unmatched in scope and influence. Bringing the in-person ceremony to Ibiza is more than symbolic. The island has hosted countless digital moments tied to the poll, but this marks the first time the awards physically arrive in the place most often called the epicenter of dance culture.

Simon Kelly, COO of DJ Mag, summed it up: “DJ Mag has a long and deep connection with Ibiza, so it is hugely exciting to bring Top 100 DJs to the island. To do this in such a breathtaking new venue during its first season will make the night even more special.”
The Rise of [UNVRS]
The choice of venue feels like destiny for the DJ Mag Top 100 Awards, opened this year by The Night League founder Yann Pissenem, [UNVRS] blends the intimacy of a club with the scale of an arena. It hones next-level production and architectural ambition to reimagine what nightlife can be. Following in the footsteps of Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza, both consistently ranked among the world’s best clubs, [UNVRS] has already established itself as the island’s boldest new chapter. Hosting DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs is both a stamp of legitimacy and a glimpse of the role it will play in shaping the culture moving forward.
Bringing Impact Beyond the Dancefloor
This year also sees a new partnership with Bridges for Music, a charity that empowers young creatives in underserved communities through education and opportunity. Fans buying tickets will have the option to donate directly, with future fundraising efforts to be announced as the campaign develops. It is a reminder that the Top 100 DJs is not only about who sits at the top of the list, but also about using its scale to create something lasting.
