Pacific Music Group (PMG) has officially launched Ghostone Records, a new electronic and dance music imprint designed to elevate Pan‑Asian talent onto the global stage. The company, founded by NE‑YO, Sonu Nigam, MC Jin, and longtime industry leader Jonathan Serbin, announced the imprint on December 11 as part of its expanding multi‑genre strategy.
Ghostone Records: A New Platform for Asian Electronic Artists
Ghostone Records arrives at a pivotal moment for Asia’s fast‑growing electronic music market. The imprint aims to spotlight cutting‑edge artists across the region while strengthening cultural exchange between East and West. As part of this mission, PMG has appointed internationally acclaimed Thai DJ/producer 22Bullets as President of the label.
22Bullets, known for his high‑energy sound and global collaborations, continues to rise as one of Asia’s most influential electronic figures. His work with major names such as Timmy Trumpet, KSHMR, and Hardwell has earned him widespread recognition. He also became the first Thai artist to enter the DJ Mag Top 100, reinforcing his international impact.
Lizzy Wang Debuts with “Glow”
To mark the launch, Ghostone Records has released its first official single: “Glow” by Chinese DJ/producer Lizzy Wang, the imprint’s debut signing. The track arrives ahead of her upcoming performance at EDC Thailand this January. Lizzy, recently ranked in the DJ Mag Top 100, continues to expand her global presence with shows across Asia and beyond.
A Strategic Expansion for PMG
Ghostone Records represents a major step in PMG’s multi‑genre growth, which already spans pop, hip‑hop, and R&B. With Asia emerging as one of the world’s most engaged festival and club markets, the imprint intends to become a leading incubator for Pan‑Asian dance talent. PMG’s founders view the label as a long‑term investment in the region’s creative future.
As President, 22Bullets will guide A&R, creative direction, and the label’s long‑term strategy. He will also release new music through the imprint, further strengthening its identity. His leadership reflects PMG’s commitment to empowering Asian artists with global ambitions.
Ghostone Records launches with a clear mission: amplify Asian electronic talent to the global audiences. Thus, with 22Bullets at the helm, PMG signals a bold new chapter for the future of dance music in Asia.
