David Guetta has returned to the top of the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs 2025 list, dethroning Martin Garrix and securing his fifth No.1 title. The French superstar overtook his long-time friend and collaborator as they defined the poll for almost a decade. This year’s victory places David Guetta level with Martin Garrix and Armin van Buuren, each now boasting five wins apiece.
Guetta’s year has been relentless. His schedule has included sold-out arena shows and a flurry of chart-topping releases across multiple genres. “It might sound crazy,” Guetta shared, “but I still make music every single day, because I still see it as a hobby and a passion.” “Even when I want a break, I just move to making a different style,” shares David Guetta the newly minted DJ Mag Top 100 No.1 DJ in the world for 2025.
In 2025, Guetta pushed boundaries delivering genre variety.
